Warrane did an incredible job fitting out our new yoga centre. After 40 years in our old premises, we were forced to relocate, which created massive upheaval for teachers and clients alike. Warrane’s expertise made the transition seamless. As a result the build was completed on time and on budget which is almost unheard of in the construction industry!
Throughout the build, Joe was professional, friendly, eager to solve problems and provided us with the best quality outcomes on an extremely limited budget. The onsite manager, Ed, was highly skilled and easy to work with. He is a very good communicator, able to easily explain complex construction ideas to the layperson. He was also proactive, anticipating problems before they occurred and ensuring that we as the client were informed as needed.
It was not a simple build with curved walls, complicated timber floors, and complex air-conditioning and electrical structures; but the Warrane team handled it with ease. The result is a beautiful quality, curvaceous space that has delighted all our clients, old and new. We can’t thank them enough for our new sanctuary and would recommend them to anyone needing a great quality commercial build.

Over the past 4 years, Joe has demonstrated to me a high level of competency by initiating and successfully completing a $10 Million capital expenditure project, both on time and as per schedule, at The Hotel Steyne Manly, where I am the publican.
Joe’s responsibilities included overseeing alterations and additions as well as ensuring that all works complied with Australian standards. He was very effective in liaising with Manly Council on all building matters concerning the hotel as well as keeping our board of directors informed and updated at all times on matters concerning the works program.
He also demonstrated a high level of communication in co-ordinating with not only stake holders but engineers, architect, contract builders, construction managers, tradesman and labourers to achieve the desired result.
He was always proficient with time management as well as handling budgets and ensuring that a high degree of quality workmanship was always maintained on site. I, Robert O' Brien, principle of R&MM O 'Brien and owner of the Shearers Arcade and The New Post Office Hotel Tamworth NSW would like to offer Joseph Major Stephen my highest recommendation with particular reference to a major re – development of the above property . I have personally known Joseph for some fifteen year and was a little sceptical in giving him the overall project management of the re- development of the Hotel as Joseph was young but extremely enthusiastic about the project. Joseph took control of the project from an early stage planning the upgrade from the negotiations with a new tenant and the contractual details of a new lease ,then the details of the evicting of the existing ( in breach ) publican . Joseph organised site inspection of similar properties in Sydney showing us examples of what he was proposing for the re-fit of our Hotel . He totally redesign a problem we were having with our Gaming and smoking solution to the extent of providing a legal solution to satisfy our local Council who were having difficulties in understanding the regulations . Joseph supervise all of the re- development including all trades and Authorities that were involved with the project . At no stage through the project was I left wondering if I had made a bad decision. He managed the project at all time in the most professional manner right through to the final opening . Joseph had provided us with initial budgets and managed to keep the project on time and budget without and delays . The project was in the budget area of close to a $1m project . It was a pleasure to work with such a professorial and enthusiastic young Man .
